Harpratap has over 20 years of experience in Strategy & Operations leading large scale operations for Organizations like Amazon India and Lenskart. He has previously founded www.kaamhai.com and www.talscore.com and has been focused on developing HR tech products for the last three years spanning Sourcing , Screening and Payroll management. Harpratap is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (CO2013) and a Master Mariner from Southampton University (UK).
Spanning across 11+ years, Ritvik has worked at large firms viz. Honda, Hero MotoCorp and hot startups viz. OYO Rooms, Magicpin, across India, East African Community (EAC) & Turkey. Ritvik has hired & built large teams, business functions at these organizations and has himself experienced the challenges around recruitment. FLYVHEEL is his attempt at solving these challenges and creating an impact in the recruitment space. Ritvik is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (CO2013) and Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore (CO2008).

3. How will you bill me?
We will bill you only for the no. of hot leads that we generate.
5. Is the database shared with Flyvheel secure. I hope u won't share it with other companies.
Your database is completely secure with us and will not be shared with other companies. The profiles provided by us are from integrated platforms and candidates apply directly to jobs so the same candidate may be visible to multiple companies.
2. So are you a fancy Recruitment Consultancy?
No. We don't levy any lofty charges as a % of candidate CTC like staffing firms do. We only bill you for generating ‘hot leads’, i.e. high fitment candidates who clear one round of sales assessment with us.
What if I don’t like the ‘hot leads’ generated by Flyvheel?
We source strictly as per your hiring criteria. We even perform a recalibration after the first batch and reset the counter if needed. Trust us, you won’t be disappointed !
